Kay Holz, RVR's Newest PATH Intl. Certified Instructor!

Congratulations Kay, who passed the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor exam on June 5th!

Kay joined RVR in 2023 as a volunteer and quickly became an invaluable asset to the organization. Then Kay expressed interest in becoming an instructor and she worked hard studying, practiced her teaching skills and attended a certification workshop to gain her certification! We are happy and proud that Kay is a part of RVR's team of instructors!

The 2026 Round-Up Gala will be held at a new location, Central Park in Woodbury! The evening includes inspiring videos of our riders and drivers, delicious served dinner catered by the Lake Elmo Inn, live and silent auctions featuring over 100 unique items, live entertainment by Gary LaRue, and updates on the impact of our programming and future expansion plans with the opportunity to donate to make year-round programming available to our participants!

Walk-Wheel and Ride-A-Thon Update

Thank you to everyone who supported RVR’s programming by donating to the 2026 Walk-Wheel and Ride-A-Thon! Over $65,000 was raised, exceeding our goal and completing the matching challenge by Dick Brennan in memory of his wife Carol.

Our riders and drivers enjoyed a special trail ride during their lessons around RVR's 38-acre property. Over 1 mile of trails have been created by our volunteers.

We are grateful for all your generous support benefiting our participants and horses!
