Hello RVR Family,

Welcome to Autumn! “Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go.” Very appropriate quote for our present time.

Currently, we are planning for our program to return in 2021. Hooray! We will continue to balance the risks against the important benefits we know RVR brings to our riders. Our volunteer training day is tentatively planned for April 10th. We will keep you posted, as this training may be delayed depending on how the program rolls out in 2021. We may have to start with a phased plan for lessons, which in the beginning would not require much volunteer support. We will keep you promptly informed about any updates as decisions are made in January 2021. Our registration mailing is planned for early February 2021.

Our Virtual Walk-Wheel & Ride-A-Thon event is going strong! Thank you to those who already supported this event that is very important to our mission. You still have time left to donate and your gift will be matched by the FS Foundation Grant! Double the impact of your giving! Your donation directly supports our programming, as rider fees (which were not available this year) only covers about 66% of the cost of our operating expenses.

Collect donations from family and friends in support of RVR! You choose the activity, distance, on your own or in a group. Send us pictures of your activity. We have posted many lovely pictures of people getting out for our cause! Our RVR Family is the heart of our organization and we are grateful to you for your ongoing support.

Save the date for the 2020 Round-Up Virtual Gala & Online Auction! As much as we would like to celebrate in person with you at the 17th Annual Round-Up, we have decided to move our gala online! This new virtual event will be live-streamed on Saturday, November 14, 2020.

The Round-Up Virtual Gala will be a heart touching and entertaining event with an online auction of unique and exciting items. Join us for a special 30-minute event right from your home. You will want to be a part of directly impacting the lives of our riders and drivers while enjoying an evening filled with celebration and hope!

Registration will ensure you receive all communications about our live-stream event and the online auction. The auction will begin Saturday, November 7th! On Saturday, November 14th, login for the pre-show at 6:45pm with the live event from 7:00 to 7:30pm. The online auction will close at 8:30pm.
